Lazy Ghost Are Taking Summer Around Australia

Ava Cooper

Summer may be nearing its end, but sun-soaked indie rockers Lazy Ghost are giving Australians the opportunity to hold onto it just a little longer with the release of their latest single 'Summer is Here' and a colossal country-wide tour. They will be playing in 15 lucky locations across the country from the beginning of March to mid-April.

'Summer is Here' is a refreshing & lively song that celebrates the good times had with friends. Accompanied by a music video directed by Bradely Murnane (Bad Pony, Oh My My) & Billy Zammit (Peking Duk, Rufus Du Sol, Matt Corby), it’s the perfect way to bask in the fun of a hot day by the water.

Lazy Ghost don’t take themselves too seriously with many goofy scenes to be found in the music video. Despite this, they’ve still managed to build a name for themselves in the Australian live music scene by taking every gig opportunity that comes by.

“The Australian Tour 2023 is going to be our biggest yet. Off the back of our newest release Summer Is Here. We’re going to hit places we’ve never heard of around the country.” -Kyle, Lazy Ghost
