Melbourne based dream-pop band Sunbather excited fans for their new EP release with the song No Charm. This indie duo created an airy song that makes all your stresses drift away. The beautiful vocals are complimented by a soft guitar riff and digital effects.
Sunbather executed the vibe of No Charm perfectly in their music video, available on Youtube.
Although the song is easy on the ears, the deep lyrics question a bigger picture spirited by curiosity. Vocalist Sally Latter says, “The lyrics are about my slow untangling from the fear of failure. I want to let go of the constant pressure to make sure everything works out exactly to plan. I am learning to trust myself even when I’m not in control.” Everyone can relate to these words in some way. We all get caught up in small things, forgetting about the bigger picture. Listening to this song relaxes your body and allows you to float away.
